Worldwide, international shipping is available! We pride ourselves on having reasonable shipping rates to countries outside of the United States. However, prices vary from country to country. Please see rates for international shipping once you reach the checkout page. 

Local, same day, Houston, Texas delivery is available!

Are you in the Houston area and need your items within a few hours? Then, select 'Local Delivery' during checkout. Place your order by 1 PM CT and receive guaranteed same day delivery by 5 PM CT! A flat rate delivery fee (shown at checkout) is applied to deliveries up to a 20 mile radius from the Galleria area (zip 77056). Please confirm you address is within 20 miles of the 77056 zip code when you place your order or additional fees may be assessed before your order can be delivered.

Expedited shipping is also available. Rates and estimated delivery times for expedited shipping are made available to you during the checkout process.

When will my order ship?

Please allow up to 2 business days for orders to be processed and shipped. Processing and shipping estimates do not include holidays or weekends. Packages will be shipped in the order they are received. Remote areas may require additional time for delivery.

How can I track my package?          
                                                         
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email with a tracking number. We provide tracking information on all orders. You will be able to track your package the entire way with the shipment confirmation that is provided. Please make the necessary arrangements to be present at the time of delivery. Signature may be required at the time of delivery.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFO./LOST, MISSING OR STOLEN PACKAGES

We are in no way responsible for packages delivered incorrectly and/or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer at the time the order is placed.

If a package is returned to Zoe Mar due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for all fees associated with re-delivery.

We are not responsible for lost, missing or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the postal carrier.

In the event your package is not delivered to you after it has been marked delivered by the postal service please, notify us promptly within 5 business days of the postal service marking your package as delivered at info@zoemar.com. We will reasonably work to rectify the issue with you in a manner we see fit.
